    Syrup room & Syrup Preparation

    HPM installs Powder Disolving, CIP, Blending, Syrup, Filtration and Pump stations, Sugar dissolving, Dispensing lines and panels, Pasteurizers, Recovering systems and complete Water systems, Automation software and Signal exchanges for Liquid Food and Beverage Sectors.

    WORKING SYSTEM
    In the production of fruit flavored natural mineral water; Aroma, preservatives and acidity regulating agent are prepared in the mixer tank in accordance with the formulation and sent to the final syrup tank by means of a pump. Liquid sugar and appropriate amounts of natural mineral water are sent to the gasification unit by means of a pump.

    The CIP unit is used for the cleaning of all production preparation tanks and piping systems up to the syrup room and the filling machine. At the beginning of each new production, the whole system is washed with the prepared chemical and hot water and then rinsed and made ready for new product production.

     

    Syrup Preparation and CIP Units

    In these systems, carbonated beverages, natural fruit juices and nectars and fruit flavored drinks are made ready for filling in the resting tanks in a suitable hygienic environment.

    Using modern techniques, we offer syrup-room systems in accordance with international standards in the form of customer-specific solutions.


    - Hot and cold sugar dissolution systems
    - Option to use crystal sugar or liquid sugar
    - Automatic or semi-automatic sanitation systems
    - Systems suitable for hot and cold filling for natural fruit juices

    Hot filling

    It is a system used to prepare and pasteurize fruit juice suitable for filling at 85-90 ° C. It is prepared by using powdered sugar, purified water suitable for soft drinks, powder or liquid fruit concentrate, and natural or chemical preservatives, the amount and properties of the product will be determined by the bottler.

    Syrup preparation is one of the most critical points of beverage production. It allows the beverage to be produced in the same quality and without interruption.
