Hygiene Systems

Hygiene systems are the set of systems that HPM has specialized in projects and applications for a quarter of a century.

Area Hygiene

In order to make the production areas comply with the Hygiene rules and standards

OPC Systems

Open area cleaning systems, low pressure systems, medium pressure systems are installed. Satellite washing systems are the most widely used system.

Staff Hygiene

It is ensured that the personnel entering the production areas and having contact status pass through the Hygiene stations that meet the hygiene conditions required by the standards.

Fogging system

The hygiene of the environment and the objects in the environment is ensured by fogging.

Machine Hygiene

It is ensured that the machinery and equipment that manufacture and are in contact with the product are brought to standards suitable for CIP, SIP, DIP processes.

Environment Hygiene

Environment hygiene is provided by fogging and Ozone method.

Sanitation

It is the sanitation of production lines and equipment in the temperature range of 85-95 degrees.

Sterilization

It is the sterilization of production lines and equipment at 124 degrees.
