IBC Prismatic Powder Containers

HPM manufactures prismatic or cylindrical powder and tablet containers in high quality and standards in accordance with GMP, which are used in storage-transport-unloading and mixing processes in the pharmaceutical industry. It is produced between 5-2000 l in volume.

Filling Cap

•     Gaskets: FDA approved robust, silicon gasket, compatible with cap and throat

•     Caps: Produced using deep drawing method and in accordance with GMP standards.

•     Clamps: It is easy to use, safety locked and provides the desired closing quality.

Product Discharge

• There is a manual or automatic valve for product discharge.
• The valve is modular, easy to disassemble, prepared in precision molds in accordance with GMP rules and standards.
• The clamp is easy to use, safety locked and provides the desired closing quality.
• For tablet containers, the butterfly valve is covered with silicone using FDA approved raw material.
• Movement is carried out with a manual or geared flywheel.
• Options: Automatic passive valve, Actuator valve
