• Medium pressure systems: Large and professional businesses prefer to use the medium pressure system.
• Low pressure systems: Small food establishments, meat sales departments, small warehouses, vegetable and fruit establishments, pastry shops, catering, farms mostly use low pressure systems,

Medium Pressure systems
• Medium Pressure systems are systems where washing with water pressure is between 10-40 bars.
• These systems are used by professional companies.
• They are more efficient and suitable systems for medium to large enterprises.
• Medium Pressure system works by one or more pumps or booster pumps,
• In these systems pressurized water is pressed to satellites to 25-40 bar pressure by means of stage pumps.
